Riverwalk with Room 8
Room 8 went on a riverwalk along the banks of the mighty Waikato River.
We walked across the Victoria Bridge which is an arch, vehicle and pedestrian bridge made of steel.
We stopped to sketch it.
We waved to the train crossing the Claudelands Rail Bridge and the watched the traffic flowing across the bridge beside it.
Finally we admired the beautiful Fairfield bridge. It is a tied arch bridge made of concrete.
We were exhausted!
